Bella K Jewellery Warranty

All jewellery purchased from Bella K Jewellery comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers material defects and manufacturing faults.

To be eligible, the item must have been purchased directly from the Bella K Jewellery online store, and you must retain proof of purchase. The warranty is provided by Duraflex Group Australia, Level 1, 328 High Street, Chatswood NSW 2067. Please do not send items directly to Duraflex Group Australia. If your jewellery can’t be repaired, we’ll replace it with an item of equal value, free of charge.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. leather straps, satin ribbons)

  • Accidental damage or misuse

  • Damage caused by third-party repairs or tampering

  • General negligence or improper care

Please refer to the care instructions provided with your jewellery to help maintain its condition.

How to Return a Faulty Item

For your protection, we recommend returning defective items by registered mail or parcel with tracking. Bella K Jewellery cannot assume responsibility for loss, damage, or theft during transit.

Watch Warranty

Bella K Jewellery is an authorised retailer of all the brands we carry. All watches come with a manufacturer’s warranty, the duration of which varies by brand. Watches are guaranteed to be:

  • 100% genuine

  • Brand new

  • Supplied in original packaging with warranty cards and manuals where applicable

THOMAS SABO Watch Warranty

THOMAS SABO watches include a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers material defects and manufacturing faults and is issued by Duraflex Group Australia.

To claim warranty service for a THOMAS SABO watch:

  • You must have purchased it from Bella K Jewellery

  • Provide the International Guarantee Certificate, dated, signed, and stamped

  • Use only THOMAS SABO-approved batteries

Note:

  • Do not return THOMAS SABO watches to Bella K Jewellery or Duraflex directly. Instead, contact the authorised dealer listed on your warranty certificate.

  • This warranty is void if the watch has been tampered with, repaired by an unauthorised party, or shows signs of abuse or misuse.

Wearable parts such as straps, bracelets, and batteries are not covered.

Important Notes on Watch Warranties

  • Watch warranties cover manufacturer defects only

  • Damage from accidents, wear-and-tear, or unauthorised repairs is not covered

  • Tampering or modifications will void the warranty

  • Always follow the manufacturer’s care guidelines

Claim Process for Watches

  • Retain your receipt and, where applicable, the International Guarantee Certificate

  • All claims are sent to the manufacturer for assessment

  • If found defective, the manufacturer may repair or replace the item

  • If no fault is found, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Assessment times may vary depending on the brand. Bella K Jewellery is unable to expedite this process or influence the manufacturer’s decision.
