Important:
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for branded items not purchased from our online store. Such items must be returned to the original retailer. Please contact us at info@bellakjewellery.com.au before returning.
For your security, please return items via registered mail or with a return receipt, as we cannot be responsible for loss, damage, or theft during transit.

Terms and Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

Inspection:
Jewellery can only be examined similarly to trying it on in-store. Any damage from further use may result in compensation claims. -
Engraved Items:
All engraved or special order items are non-returnable. These are custom-made based on your specifications, and Bella K Jewellery is not liable for customer errors. -
Custom and Special Orders:
Custom-made items are made especially for you and are final sale—no exchanges or returns for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before purchase. -
Sale Items:
Change of mind returns or exchanges on sale/promotional items will be issued as Bella K Jewellery gift cards only. Refunds are not available for change of mind on sale products. -
Free Gifts:
If your refund or exchange causes your order to no longer meet promotion criteria, free gifts must be returned; otherwise, refunds will not be processed.
Refunds
Eligible items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days. All returns are inspected to ensure they are in a saleable condition. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable for change of mind returns.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

If the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt, please include a detailed written explanation and proof of purchase with your return.
Faulty items will be replaced and return shipping costs covered upon acceptance.
