📦 Australian Orders
Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders within Australia.
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment (excluding back orders and sale periods).
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
NZ New Zealand Orders

A flat rate of $19 NZD applies for orders under $299
Orders are shipped via standard delivery services and include tracking and signature on delivery.
📬 Delivery & Dispatch
Once your order has been picked and packed, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking.

Your parcel status will initially appear as “Booked for Delivery”

Updates will follow as it moves through the delivery network

If delivery is attempted and no one is available to sign, a notification card will be left to arrange redelivery or pickup
Delivery timeframes may be extended during peak times such as Christmas or promotional periods.
🚚 Partial Orders & Back Orders
We do not ship partial orders unless specifically requested.
If your order contains an item on back order (e.g., ring sizes not currently in stock), we will hold your full order until it can be shipped together.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or costs resulting from incorrect address details.

✍️ Signature on Delivery
All orders require a signature on delivery due to the value of jewellery items.
If you request your parcel be left unattended (e.g., "safe drop"), Bella K Jewellery is not liable for any loss or theft.
